1. Service Description

Shotglow is a browser-based screenshot beautification tool. All image processing happens locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or process your images on any server.

2. Free and Pro Tiers

The free tier provides 5 exports per day with a subtle watermark. The Pro tier ($3/month) provides unlimited exports, device frames, custom gradients, SVG export, 4x resolution, saved presets, watermark removal, and an ad-free experience. Crate Pass ($15/month) unlocks Pro features across all Cashew Crate apps.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Polar. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Email support@cashewcrate.com with your order number and a description of the issue for refund requests.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Shotglow for personal and commercial purposes. You retain full ownership of your screenshots and exported images. Do not use the service to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Shotglow name, logo, and interface design are the property of Cashew Crate. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the application code. Exported images belong entirely to you.

6. Disclaimer

Shotglow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service. Processing quality depends on your browser capabilities.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Shotglow constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
